The amazing characteristic about understanding your Learner Profile is that it will help you and your teachers know more about the best learning situations for each student; that is your strengths, your preferences and areas that we all can work on and improve.
Today's blogpost is a reflection on Learning Profiles, and now that you have a better understanding of your profile we would like you to write and share the information with the class.

I have a special and marvelous brain. Of course, I didn't know it before Mr.Whiting came to our class. My math teacher said that everyone has a smart brain and they can do everything well if they do their best. I thought I was not a smart girl, however, I decided to try out what my teacher advocated and I said to myself that I can do everything, though it's tough to me. I have my own style just like how everyone has their own style to do their work. Our brain is divided by two sections, one is the logical one and the other one is gestalt. I have a gestalt brain. Most people belong to the gestalt profile. Here's my adequate style to do my work properly.
Presumably, most students get tired of their class easily when they are not interested in their work or class. The teacher will think about the students action and they will think how to change their attitude. Most of all, teacher and students relationship is the most important part to lead the class well. Then, they have to respect and communicate well. I has a teacher who had a bad relationship with me. Now we have solved the problem by discussing with each other. I like the way the teacher turns on the music while we are studying. It makes me relax and concentrate on my studies. I learn best when students look so tired, teacher makes some good jokes. So, He/she leads his class well without sleeping students. When we relaxed, we can understand details and sequence of information, both verbally and written. When my teacher asks something suddenly, I couldn't answer. The teacher advises me not to panic and she teaches me how to do it. Group discussion also helps me a lot. I liking a small group to discuss with each other and good movements. Therefore, discussing with others, I working with music and relationship is crucial for me to study well.
'Hey, you stop talking.' 'You need to sit next to me' Most of teacher mention that students have to be quiet in the class. But students do not follow rules. I also need to be quiet in the class. Sometimes, it makes me noisy when I talk with my friend. But as I'm a student, I have to be quiet in every class. Teacher will be very embarrassed if we are very noisy. Second, I seriously need to not to go to the bathroom in my class. Frankly, I go to the bathroom a lot. If I go to the bathroom before the class though I am late for class. In case of that, I hope the teacher understands about it and I won't go to the bathroom during the class as possible as I can. Of course, it also needs respect and think each other. When I decide do something properly, I don't sleep and I make a plan for a day. It kept about three days ad it became same as the other day. I have a ridiculous plan, which is when I solve something very complex, I listen to music and I draw a picture of questions next to the questions. And when I memorize a lot of complex vocabularies. So, I must be able to see and hear the whole image and sound its emotion elements to learn. If I redo my previous plan, I can improve my work and I will help to learn fast than before. And sleep about 10 hours a day.
I think I need to seriously make changes in many areas. Firstly, I must adopt a positive attitude towards my teacher and the subject. that I am learning. I must also profess that I am enjoying myself and that the subject is not difficult. In other words, I must always makes positive proclamations. I must also discipline my mind to focus on the lesson and not allow my thoughts to wander away. Apart from that, I must also make a conscious effort not to be lazy or to simply skip homework. I must take my work very seriously, I must discipline my mind to focus and to persevere in doing well. Even when I don't understand anything, I must be careful not to give up and to be dispirited. I must at all times, plod on, and believe in myself, that I will finally see a breakthrough in the subject. Yes, If I can train myself, my brain to persevere and work hard, I believe, I can and will master even the most difficult subject. If there is a will, there is a way.
I want my teacher to know that I am a sensitive girl and respond well, when I am praised or given credit for something, I do well. This will motivate me and make me strive really hard. I also love music, when the teacher utilizes music in her/his lessons, the whole lessons becomes alive to me. First of all, music soothes and relaxes me, I am not tensed up at all. My whole mind and body relaxes and when the teacher imparts the lesson, with music, the lesson is also interesting and easy to understand. I learn well when music is played in the background.
I decided to believe my marvelous and special brain to improve myself. I can use my left hand my right hand. Many of left-hand people were really smart artists in Europe. I will try to use left hand when I write something. I will be a person who make a good and perfect music come from Asia. Please warn me if I use RIGHT HAND when I am writing something.
